Return Policy

Warranty. Seller warrants to Buyer that the Goods at the time of shipment to Buyer Hereunder, will be free from
defects in material and workmanship. All warranty claims must be made in writing by Buyer to Seller within ten
(10) days following receipt of shipment of the Goods to which such warranty claim relates. SELLER MAKES NO
WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), EXCEPT SUCH AS IS EXPRESSLY
SET FORTH HEREIN.
